We design at different scales, from new shopping centres to interiors and corporate identity standards. Our services include refurbishments and extensions to shopping centres and motor dealerships. We provide 'Architect of Record' services for existing retail centres, whereby we ensure all information is kept up to date and that the integrity of the development is maintained. These services include commercial design, feasibilities, master planning, council submissions, creating base build drawings to be issued to tenants as well as assessing tenant proposals and signage on behalf of the developer. We work closely with development, operational and centre managers.
